12:50pm Sunday 29th January 2012

IN a bid to kick start 2012 students from NEW College have been offered health MOTs.
As part of a healthy living fair students at the college were also offered advice and support on a range of matters from sexual health and quitting smoking to getting fit.
Stalls at the event included Redditch NightStop, the NHS and worcestershire Primary Care Trust.
Sal Friel, from the college, said: “It’s an opportunity to engage with students and offer advice in an informal manner, which often means they are more willing to open up.
“It’s also a great opportunity to get students to examine their lifestyles and see how they can make healthy changes for the new year."
