Get on your bikes
9:00am Sunday 29th January 2012
CASH-strapped Worcestershire residents looking to get fit this year are being encouraged to get on their bicycles by the county council.
For those who do not want to fork out on a hefty gym membership, cycling is an easy and convenient way to lose weight and keep healthy.
The county council has a dedicated section on its website packed with information for new cyclists or anyone looking to get back in the saddle.
Advice on journey planning, bike security and cycling with children can also be found online.
